Responsibilities
- Generate quotes for Account Managers
- Assist with SOWs for customization and managed services
- Identify potential add-on/upgrade opportunities
- Create prorated add-on, upgrade or cross sale opportunities
- Log and monitor stats on a daily/weekly basis
- Execute post sale admin and order routing forms
Education
- Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
