Snr. UX Designer (Remote)
KnowBe4, the provider of the world's largest security awareness training and simulated phishing platform, is looking for a Senior UX Designer to enhance customer satisfaction by improving usability, accessibility, and experience associated with their products.
Skills
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in UX design, research, strategy, and implementation
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering, and understanding front-end frameworks
- Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities
Responsibilities
- Take a leading role in shaping the KnowBe4 flagship product experience strategy
- Research, design, and prototype ideas collaboratively with the product team
- Establish continuous discovery habits and make customer engagement a weekly habit
- Contribute to UX team processes and ceremonies
Education
- BS or equivalent plus 5 years experience
- MS or equivalent plus 3 years experience
- Degree in Design, UX, HCI, or related field
