Job Title: Systems Administrator

Schedule: Full Time

Shift: Day Shift (8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday)

Hybrid Work Eligibility:

This position offers the flexibility of hybrid work, but travel to the site is required. Candidates must be within a drivable distance from the facility.

Position Summary:

As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the technical design, planning, implementation, performance tuning, and recovery procedures for mission-critical enterprise systems. You will ensure the security, availability, and performance of computers, servers, storage, and applications across multiple sites in a Windows environment. A passion for technology and the ability to meet the needs of end users and business objectives are essential. You will serve as a technical expert in system administration for Microsoft Servers, VMware, Microsoft 365, Cloud services, and more. In addition, you will recommend improvements to the design and configuration of operating systems and system applications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support for workstations, servers, network hardware, software, and peripheral equipment
  • Upgrading existing hardware and software
  • Resolving reported hardware and software issues
  • Performing a wide range of technical tasks related to system administration

Job Requirements:

Education:

  • Minimum: High School Diploma

License/Certification:

  • Preferred: Microsoft, VMware, Cisco networking, EMC storage, or similar industry certifications

Experience:

  • Minimum: 3+ years of experience in information technology or a related field
  • Preferred: 5+ years of experience in IT or a related field. Prior experience managing complex IT infrastructure in a 24/7 environment. Healthcare experience is a plus.
