Knowledge Services is seeking an Oracle Forms Developer for a contract through the end of June 2026 (potential for extension) with the State of Maine Secretary of State in Augusta, ME.
Oracle Forms Developer Responsibilities:
• This position will work the Secretary of State development team.
• Work will be completed using development tools such as Toad, Oracle Forms and Subversion.
• This position includes troubleshooting and testing existing software, in addition to new development.
• Knowledge of structured programming principles and development techniques are required for individual development tasks, as well as group development and review.
• Participating in programming review sessions is required.
• Sessions may also include business process reviews with stakeholders and application testers.
• Knowledge of application testing and debugging techniques is required for this position.
• Documentation skills are also required for the various documents created or edited by the team.
• Development work is completed as part of a project team to meet scheduled goals.
• Individuals are encouraged to contribute to discussions regarding the work everyone is assigned.
• Work is completed with specific guidelines and time expectations.
Oracle Forms Developer Required Skills:
• 5+ Years in Oracle Forms development with Oracle Database.• 5+ Years with PL/SQL• 5+ Years with Java
• Oracle Forms Builder (NOT APEX)
