Support Engineer

Koalafi is seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to troubleshoot and resolve software and network-related issues, develop and improve code, provide training and documentation, collaborate with teams, and monitor trends to enhance products.

Skills

Strong coding skills in languages such as Golang, JavaScript, C#, Python, Java, or C++
Experience with SQL and scripting languages
Understanding of software development, operating systems, networking, and databases
Analytical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve software and network-related issues
Develop and improve code
Create and maintain technical documentation
Collaborate with product development teams
Monitor and analyze trends

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
