Field Operations Manger Africa & EU

As the Field Operations Manager at KoBold Metals, you'll lead multifunctional teams in exploration environments, overseeing planning and execution for drilling programs, prospecting, and other field operations. You'll be responsible for ensuring safety, maintaining communication with team members in the field, and building strong relationships with geology, engineering, and data science teams to enhance operational efficiency.

KoBold Metals requires candidates to have at least 15 years of experience in field operations within the mining, oil, gas, or related industries. Strong communication and collaboration skills, a commitment to health and safety standards, and the ability to work independently in remote environments are essential. Experience working in Africa and the ability to speak a second language can be beneficial but are not mandatory.
