Responsibilities:

• Lead our financial strategy to shape the next phase of our growth journey.

• Own shareholder communications and debt relationships, mastering the art of fundraising and strengthening debt relationships to fuel Kognity's growth.

• Shape reporting processes and drive decision-making at all levels, equipping us with the data to make bold moves.

• Ensure financial and legal compliance while mitigating risk with a forward-thinking approach.

• Inspire and lead our Finance and Legal team, inspiring them to achieve excellence and push boundaries.

Requirements:

• Experience leading high-performing in-house finance teams.

• Strong communication skills in English and Swedish.

• A self-starter with an ownership mentality and a collaborative edge.

• Expert in optimizing financial systems to streamline workflows.

• Mastery of accounting, controlling, and forward-thinking budgeting strategies.

• Track record of fundraising, M&A, and high-impact transactions.
