Company Overview: Join our team at Korn Ferry, where we specialize in recruitment services to meet the needs of our valued clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant / Senior Sales Consultant for our HCM Channel Sales team. This role offers the flexibility of working from home while engaging with the community to build impactful relationships.Job Summary: Consult with businesses across America, utilizing strategic referral channels and partnerships to educate stakeholders on our services. Your role will focus on providing consultative solutions to enhance market share and drive revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:• Meet and exceed unit and revenue targets.• Manage and nurture accounts, leads, and opportunities within our CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring accurate sales activity and forecasts.• Collaborate closely with key referral sources such as Accountants, Banks, and existing clients to educate and secure referrals.• Schedule and conduct meetings with channel accounts via phone calls, targeted emails, and corporate marketing initiatives as directed by Sales Management.• Implement the Go-to-Market Sales Strategy to identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions to key stakeholders and decision-makers, either in person or virtually.• Continuously develop sales skills and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, industry trends, and market developments.• Complete all necessary paperwork for new sales within specified Service Level Agreement (SLA) guidelines.• Address client concerns promptly and escalate issues to Service Partners when necessary, ensuring resolutions that meet client satisfaction.• Occasional travel may be required for visiting channel partners, attending sales incentives, training sessions, and area meetings.• Uphold our company values in all internal and external interactions.Qualifications:• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.• Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant sales or marketing role.• Valid Driver's License required.Equal Opportunity Employer: We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all individuals without regard to race, ethnicity, color, national origin, religion, creed, sex, pregnancy, veteran status, age, marital status, sexual preference, gender identity, disability, genetic information, or any other legally protected characteristic.
