Position Summary:• The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will be responsible for subsidiary financial statements, management reports, analyzing financial information, identifying and reporting financial trends, forecasting and budget preparation.Schedule:• Hybrid; 2 days at home, 3 days in officeLocation:• Olathe, KSEducation:• Bachelor's degreeExperience:• 5+ years of experience in producing and reviewing financial statements, creating management reports, analyzing financial information, identifying and reporting financial trends and preparing budgets.Licensure/Certification:• At least 21 years old• Valid Drivers License• Valid Auto InsurancePreferred Experience/Skills:• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred• Requires Intermediate or higher computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word programs as well as Outlook email.• Abilities Required:• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, co-workers, and external contacts• Extremely well organized and able to prioritize and balance several tasks at once• Excellent verbal and written communication skillsEssential Duties/Responsibilities:• Prepare and review accurate and timely monthly financial statements• Analyze financial data and report variances• Prepare financial management reports• Prepare required monthly, quarterly and annual reporting• Respond to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, interpreting and summarizing data• Provide financial recommendations• Prepare financial forecasts• Prepare budgets• Make independent decisions on financial statements using GAAP• Other responsibilities as assigned.Join us:• We're an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
