Collaboration is key, and as an Customer Account Management Partner, you'll work closely with other sales team members to ensure a seamless account management process. Together, you'll execute every aspect flawlessly, from the initial prospecting stage to closing deals and beyond.

Not only will you lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts, but you'll also be the driving force behind generating new opportunities and expanding existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities. By building a strong go-to-market pipeline with our partners, you'll join forces to pursue and conquer new deals, taking Kyndryl to unprecedented heights.

Required Skills and Experience :

  • Fluency in French, both written and spoken
  • 5+ years managing account P&L
  • Extensive knowledge of business and technology trends, along with industry best practices
  • 5-10 years of comprehensive oversight of the entire sales process
  • 5+ years of proven track record selling Hyper-scaler services
  • Demonstrated expertise in driving revenue growth, managing costs, ensuring profitability, and identifying trends and risks
  • Approachable and empathetic in fostering strong customer relationships
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
