Most importantly, in a future where only relevant knowledge is delivered, it will be ready to be applied immediately. For Skillab and Skvot Romania, we are looking for a Chief Executive Officer. This role involves overseeing all operations within the country, driving business growth, building teams, and identifying new opportunities.

Your areas of influence:

Lead and manage operations in the Romanian market.
Cooperating with the Global Teams and Global CEO to create a local roadmap;
Develop and implement business strategies for the Skillab and Skvot projects.
Drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and ensure operational efficiency.
Represent the company in critical negotiations and strategic partnerships.
Legal administration of the entity.
Build, develop, and lead a high-performing local team.

What are we looking for:

Proven experience in senior leadership roles, preferably as a CEO or Country Manager.
Deep understanding of the Romanian market and its business environment.
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decisions.
A systematic and strategic mindset for managing complex projects and developing long-term plans.
Excellent command of English and Romanian, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate across international teams.
Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects or businesses.
Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.

Nice-to-have:

Previous experience in EdTech or a similar industry.
Previous entrepreneurial experience, showcasing the ability to take ownership, manage risks, and drive business growth.
A strong network within the local business community.
Familiarity with digital transformation and innovation in business processes.
