Data Science, Product Analytics
Ladder is looking for a Data Scientist, Product Analytics to drive quantitative analysis for product development and prioritization. This position requires a deep understanding of user behavior and engagement to inform product iterations.
Skills
- Mastery of SQL for querying large datasets
- Strong understanding of statistics and experimentation (A/B testing)
- Excellent communication skills to influence product strategy
- Desire to own projects end-to-end and work in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative nature and ability to form trusting relationships
Responsibilities
- Determine actionable, data-driven recommendations for feature development based on user engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams through product lifecycle
- Define KPIs, build dashboards, and conduct root cause analysis
- Design and analyze A/B tests to assess product changes impact
- Collaborate with engineering on data infrastructure design
Education
- BS in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
