What you’ll do:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent across various functions.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruiting needs and create effective hiring strategies.
Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage passive and active candidates, building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, providing timely communication and feedback.
Lead the offer process, including extending, negotiating terms, and effectively closing candidates.
Utilize recruitment data and metrics to inform hiring decisions, identify trends, and improve recruitment processes.
Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior recruiters and other team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring hiring goals and expectations are aligned.
What you’ll bring:
You bring 5+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruitment, preferably within a startup or high-growth environment.
Expertise in sourcing top-tier technical talent using various tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other niche tech communities.
Familiarity with programming languages, frameworks, tools, and technologies to effectively assess and engage with technical candidates.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders and candidates.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and solve complex recruiting challenges.
Location: Zürich
Logistics: Hybrid with 2-3 days in office. We’re excited about candidates who want to contribute to our in-office culture.
