Recruiting Coordinator

Skills

Strong organizational skills
Experience with ATS
Proficiency with GSuite
Effective verbal and written communication
Problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Schedule phone/virtual interviews, prep calls, and candidate debriefs
Coordinate candidate interactions with internal teams and interviewers
Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates
Identify and implement solutions to streamline recruitment workflows
Monitor vendor performance and address issues
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
