THE POSITION 

Ready to unleash your creativity and make an impact? We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing & Communications team! This isn't just another design job - it's an opportunity to create compelling visuals that to help reshape perceptions, engage diverse audiences and show the world how commercial landscaping is making a difference. 

If you're a detail-oriented, fast-moving creative who thrives on pushing design boundaries, we want you on our team. 

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Design and Branding: Craft eye-catching visuals for print and digital— brochures, social posts, email campaigns, presentations, and beyond.
  • Brand Consistency: Keep every design on-brand, ensuring a polished, cohesive look across all platforms.
  • Content Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, marketers, and project managers to transform ideas into impactful visuals.
  • Campaign Support: Design assets that they drive engagement and deliver measurable results for marketing campaigns.
  • Photography Editing: Assist with basic photo editing and to enhance storytelling.
  • Innovation: Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with web-based design programs (e.g., Figma, Canva, or similar).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
