Job Title: Account Manager - AV Sales Specialist

Location: Baltimore, MD (Hybrid)

Salary: $70,000 per year + Commission



Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the AV market, including prospecting, networking, and cold calling.

Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at client organizations.

Understand clients' AV needs and requirements and recommend tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our AV solutions.

Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Collaborate with internal teams, including sales engineers, project managers, and technical support staff, to deliver seamless solutions to clients.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in AV sales or related field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of audiovisual technologies, products, and solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Must be comfortable working in a hybrid work environment, with a combination of remote and on-site work in Baltimore, MD.
