The Engineering Manager will oversee the engineering and design teams responsible for packaged systems quoting, design, drawings, and submittals for commercial and industrial applications. These systems include pumps, air compressors, heat exchangers, motors, piping, instruments, and control panels mounted on fabricated steel bases or inside building enclosures.

With a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 5 to 7 years of experience, including some management experience, you’ll be the guiding force in ensuring we produce nothing but the highest quality products. You should be proficient in MS Office and drawing software like AutoCAD and SolidWorks. We’re looking for someone who can communicate effectively, prioritize tasks, and motivate their team in a fast-paced environment.
