Financial Analyst

This role allows for 1-2 days remote weekly

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, monitoring trends, and creating forecasts to support decision-making processes within the organization. The Financial Analyst will collaborate with various departments to provide insights into financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning purposes.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs), to senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop financial models to support decision-making processes and provide insights into business performance.
• Assist in the preparation of annual operating budgets and long-term financial plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling to assess potential risks and opportunities.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and economic factors to inform financial projections and recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and other teams to drive business performance and achieve financial goals.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to financial planning and reporting.
