Fully Remote ServiceNow Architect (Federal Government Experience Required)

Due to Government Contract, all viable candidates must be US Citizens due to the requirement of obtaining a DHS TSA Clearance for this position


As a ServiceNow Architect, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions within our organization. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, architecting solutions, and leading the technical implementation of ServiceNow platform capabilities. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, best practices, and a strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions in alignment with federal government requirements and standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Architect, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications/modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB to meet organizational needs.
  • Provide expertise in integrating ServiceNow with other systems and applications within the federal government ecosystem.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to ServiceNow architecture, design decisions, configurations, and integrations.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to development teams to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Stay abreast of ServiceNow updates, releases, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the platform.
  • Collaborate with security teams to ensure ServiceNow solutions meet federal government security requirements and comply with relevant regulations such as FISMA, NIST, and FedRAMP.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
  • 5+ years related work experience
  • ServiceNow Certified HR Implementation Specialist 
  • Due to Government Contract, USA citizenship with the ability to obtain a DHS TSA Clearance


$140,000 - $155,000 a year
