Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Support new hire onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring completion of required paperwork.
Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) records and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Assist with employee relations matters, including investigating employee complaints and grievances, and providing support in resolving issues.
Support HR compliance efforts by assisting with policy development, conducting audits, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, performance management programs, and training and development initiatives.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining HR files, preparing reports, and responding to inquiries from employees and managers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of relevant HR experience or internship preferred, but recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
