Primarily Remote Account Manager (Base + Commision)

This role is primarily remote with infrequent on-site work. All viable candidates must live in a commutable distance to Baltimore MD, Broomall PA, Mechanicsburg PA or Cypress CA.


As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, developing strategic sales plans, and driving business growth. You will build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, identify new opportunities, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of our products/services. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth within assigned client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers, through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.
  • Identify client needs, challenges, and opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that address their unique requirements.
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products/services to existing clients, maximizing revenue potential.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the target market.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for growth.


Qualifications:
  • Audio Visual or IT/Technical sales experience
  • Competitive mindset and driven to close sales
  • Excellent communication skills


$70,000 - $120,000 a year
