Proposal Manager

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Manager to join our team. As a Proposal Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and submission of proposals in response to client solicitations. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong project management abilities, and the capability to collaborate effectively across various departments.

• Manage the end-to-end proposal process from initiation to submission, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts, writers, and contributors to gather necessary information and develop compelling proposal content.
• Analyze proposal requirements and develop proposal outlines and compliance matrices.
• Review and edit proposal content for clarity, compliance, and consistency.
• Conduct proposal kick-off meetings and coordinate proposal review meetings.
• Ensure all proposal materials are formatted according to requirements and are submitted on time.
• Maintain a repository of proposal content, templates, and boilerplate language for future use.
• Collaborate with business development, sales, and technical teams to strategize on proposal approach and content.
