Software Engineer (Secret Clearance needed)

2-3 days on-site

The Strategic Implementation Analyst will play a crucial role in executing strategic initiatives and projects across various departments within the organization.

• Present to external clients in presentation form using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Evaluate agencies’ program performance as compared to federal and State mandates and best practices.
• Provide oral and written presentations to explain Budget issues to external clients including government project managers and stakeholders.
• Identify and apply available data sources and research to conduct strategic, operational, and financial analysis on a broad range of topics
• Provide strategical planning for project's budget activities.
• Monitor the quality and timeliness of deliverables to ensure excellence in the services provided.

• Active Secret Clearance is required, do not apply for position if you do not have one.
• 5+ years of experience in supporting Army Programs.
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Experience is budgeting is required.
• Has presentation skills and ability to talk to external entities.
• Be highly organized, driven, persistent, analytical, and detail-oriented
• Have strong communication skills (includes writing, speaking, presentation and data visualization skills), particularly on technical matters
• Display strong relational skills to regularly engage stakeholders within and external to the agency
• Experience in the Army is a plus.
