Senior Performance UX Designer

Launch Potato is looking for a senior performance-driven product designer to influence business outcomes and improve customer lives through data-driven UI & UX design.

Skills

Proficiency in UI/UX design using Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Strong analytical skills using data and metrics like CRO
Experience in working directly with engineers/developers
Familiarity with project management platforms like Asana, Jira
Knowledge in iterative A/B split testing

Responsibilities

Craft user experiences optimized for conversion and customer engagement
Develop design solutions for mobile and web products
Collaborate with product team and cross-functional groups to enhance and optimize UX
Initiate experiments, assess performance, and implement tests or features
