We're seeking an ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our client's growing sales team. This remote role, based in New York, offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic fintech startup that's reshaping business financial management.
Develop a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and personalized outreach
Set up meetings between prospective clients and Account Executives
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs in the SMB/Mid-Market segment
Leverage CRM and sales tools to track performance and manage pipeline
Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams, providing regular reports
1-2 years of B2B Fintech SaaS sales experience in a BDR or similar outbound sales role
Proficiency in cold calling (50+ calls per day), personalized email and LinkedIn outreach
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the SMB/Mid-Market segment
Familiarity with technical Fintech, Payments, and SaaS solutions
Ideally, sales experience with API-first solutions
Proficiency in CRM and sales software (Salesforce, SalesNav, Outreach, etc.)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred
Ability to work from the office in NYC 1 day per week

Competitive base compensation: $80,000 (negotiable based on experience)
On-target earnings (OTE): $90,000 - $110,000 (uncapped commission)
