The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Sales Operations professional to join our client's dynamic team. This 100% remote position offers a chance to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing market, working with a leader in ADU construction.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze the sales team's performance, optimize sales processes, and provide insights for growth

  • Listen to sales calls and review email communications of sales team members

  • Provide regular coaching sessions for sales teams to improve performance and reach KPIs

  • Identify and address bottlenecks in the sales funnel to improve efficiency

  • Ensure data quality and consistency across sales and marketing systems

  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals

What You Bring

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2C sales in Residential Construction, Real Estate, or Property Management (ideally, in the US market)

  • Strong background in coaching sales teams

  • Ideally, sales experience with ADUs and high-ticket deals ($200,000 and more)

  • Professional working proficiency in English and Ukrainian/Russian languages

  • Excellent proficiency in using AI tools, CRMs, dashboards, and other sales tools and software

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
