We're seeking a talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our client's growing team in London, UK. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic fintech startup backed by executives from leading companies in the industry.
Work on inbound leads, qualifying and nurturing potential customers
Generate new opportunities and schedule meetings for Account Executives
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas in the SMB/Mid-Market segment
Utilize data-driven metrics to monitor sales performance and identify obstacles
Collaborate effectively with sales, product, and marketing teams to drive business growth
Develop a deep understanding of our client's product offerings and the fintech infrastructure landscape
At least 1 year of B2B Fintech SaaS sales experience in an SDR or similar inbound sales role
Proficiency in phone calling (50+ calls per day), personalized email and LinkedIn outreach
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the SMB/Mid-Market segment
Familiarity with technical Fintech, Payments, and SaaS solutions
Ideally, sales experience with API-first solutions
Proficiency in CRM and sales software (Salesforce, SalesNav, Outreach, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
Ability to be in the office in London 1 day per week

Competitive base compensation: GBP 50,000-60,000 (negotiable based on experience)
On-target earnings (OTE): GBP 60,000 - 75,000 (negotiable based on experience)
