What You'll Do:

  • Lead agile development teams through delivery of high-quality customer-facing solutions that utilize cloud services from Microsoft Azure.
  • Interact with stakeholders to understand existing business problems and work with the team to determine and provide the best technical solution.
  • Lead the development teams by recognizing, coaching, and mentoring them in best practices for architecture, design, and implementation.
  • Work closely with leaders across the organization to enable the successful delivery of multi-team programs and projects.
  • Conduct regular 1-on-1's with team members; support team members in hitting individual and team goals.
  • Develop high volume, highly scalable server-side features utilizing C#.NET and SQL Server
  • Develop production-ready application features end-to-end in accordance with coding standards.
  • Modify and maintain applications to include implementation, revisions, bug-fixes, and continued operations of same.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation on implementation and continuing operation of applications.
  • Manage and support software applications through deployment and long-term operational support.
  • Perform product analysis, quality assurance, and maintenance of existing applications and support.
  • Perform troubleshooting and resolution of end-user and application issues.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent education/experience in a computer science field
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience using .NET technologies with an emphasis on C#.NET and SQL Server
  • Strong experience with C# programming language and/or other .NET languages
  • Knowledge of web service concepts (REST, JSON, XML).
  • Knowledge of SQL Server technologies and experience developing database applications using SQL server.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD best practices. Experience setting up and maintaining automated build and release pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of Git and best practices for maintaining Git source code repositories.
  • Strong object-oriented programming and design skills
  • Familiarity with Agile Development methodologies
  • Experience with client-side scripting JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
  • Experience with Azure and Graph API is a strong plus.
  • Must be versatile and have a readiness/desire to tackle new challenges.
  • Broad systems thinking; understands the connections and relationships across functions and entities for both internal and external constituencies.
  • Strong professional and interpersonal skills including exceptional customer service, creative problem solving, effective written and verbal communications, acute attention to detail and quality, driven with the ability to self-manage.
  • Insurance Knowledge is preferred
  • Working Knowledge of Applied Systems Products like Epic is preferred
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skill

More About Us:

Compensation: Anticipated starting salary between $100,000.00 - $140,000.00. Salary offered will be dependent upon geography, experience, and expertise of the candidate.

This position is eligible to participate in an incentive program to earn additional compensation with a target equivalent to 8% of salary annually, based on individual and Company performance.
