As Lead People Development, you will be directly reporting to our Head of HR, and you you will be responsible for leading the People Dev team.

You will build a People Development team that can scale and support Lifen as it grows. Your team's focus is to be Lifen's internal HR counsels aiming to help managers understand our policies, how to apply them, assure that there is harmony across the organization and help us plan the next stage of our teams.
Your future missions as a Lead People Development
Develop trusting relationships with our Management Team (C-levels and Head Ofs) and act as a key advisor in strategic decision making with an emphasis on scaling our business.- Drive headcount planning and organizational design efforts through working with the Leadership Team, Finance, and the Talent Acquisition Team.
- Closely partner with Managers to understand and address talent needs for their existing teams.
- Coach managers on addressing a range of employee issues including performance-related conversations and employee relations issues.
- Work with the Head of HR on design, developing and delivering strategic People-oriented initiatives such as performance and compensation reviews, career paths, manager workshops, new tools.
- Culture management.
- Recruit and structure the People Development Team.
What profile we’re looking for
7+ years of experience in an HRBP position.- You have already managed a team.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and influence managers of all levels.
- Experience working with a rapidly growing business.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the task done, no matter what it is.
- Experience designing and leading projects and programs through to completion.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Fluency in French and English. Any other language is a plus.
