Legal Counsel

LeafLink, the largest unified B2B cannabis platform, is seeking a Legal Counsel to handle a wide range of legal matters and collaborate with various teams to support the company's growth.

Skills

Significant experience in drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements
Broad legal knowledge to identify and resolve legal issues
Ability to prioritize and advance multiple matters on tight deadlines

Responsibilities

Collaborate with multiple LeafLink teams on product development and commercialization
Draft, review, and interpret transactional and commercial agreements
Provide strategic legal advice on customer relationships, regulatory matters, and commercial agreements
Support the General Counsel with managing legal matters and special projects
Build scalable processes for legal review and launch of new products

Education

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
New York or California Bar membership
