We have offices in Santa Clara, CA and Charlotte, NC for employees who prefer to work regularly or occasionally from an office.We’re seeking a mission-driven, product-focused Staff Front-End Engineer to work on prescriptive analytics tools designed to optimize capacity and improve patient access at Infusion Centers. If you’re passionate about making a lasting impact on healthcare and thrive in a fast-paced environment where extreme ownership and getting things done are key, this role is for you!What You’ll Do• Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and Data Science to understand and solve customer problems with elegant solutions• Own and drive complex initiatives to completion• Evolve our frontend with new features, enhancements, and bug fixes to increase product value and improve reliability, security, and scalability• Drive elegant systems design and produce clean, readable, performant code using best practices and guidelines• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, interviews, etcWhat You’ll Bring• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience• 7+ years professional experience building modern browser-based applications using one or more frontend frameworks• Fluency in Angular• Strong skills in Javascript/Typescript, HTML, and CSS and the ability to write and champion clear, easy to follow, performant and secure code• Tech Lead Experience• Experience as a good front-end generalist coder with good UX intuitions who can come up with well thought out designs for scalable systems and the ability to build them neatly• A robust understanding of database driven RESTful web services and web architectures in generalBONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE• Experience developing visualizations/analytics with chart.js , D3.js or other libraries• Experience with front-end micro services architecture• Experience working on healthcare products• People management experienceWhat You'll Get• Intellectual and emotional satisfaction of solving tough operational problems in healthcare while improving patient access and saving lives!• Competitive compensation package that includes base salary, target bonus, and stock options• 401(k) Match• Comprehensive healthcare benefits• Generous Paid Time Off and Parental Leave• Monthly reimbursement for Skill Building• Monthly reimbursement for Wellness, Transportation, and/or Home Office• Education Reimbursement for select courses/programs$140,000 - $200,000 a yearThe offered base salary will reflect careful consideration of a number of factors, including your location, skills and qualifications, prior relevant experience, internal equity and market conditions.
