We are currently seeking a Learning and Development Manager, reporting directly to the Director, Learning & Development and indirectly to our Director to join our team based in Houston, TX.

About the Job

To lead the learning transformation in Technip Energies Americas, to upskilling and reskilling our employees to be future ready. Enhancing our learning culture. Creating an environment for employee engagement and growth. Supporting our managers to be people developers.

You will position learning and development as an enabler of business strategy. Ensuring that learning is in our DNA and that our people are drivers of their development.

Directly reports to: Director, Learning & Development and Knowledge Management & Indirectly reports to: Director People & Culture, Americas and Technology & Innovation.

  • Partners with senior managers to develop and execute upskilling and reskilling plans.
  • Leads learning and development function in the Americas.
  • Leads implementation of T.EN University and Americas learning programs.
  • Ensures the achievement of our sustainability commitments to people development including overall learning activity.
  • Promotes learning ensuring engagement and adoption with all relevant stakeholders
  • Negotiates and manages third-party contracts for the delivery of learning and training services, establishing standards and metrics to track delivery
  • Develops and monitors training budgets, systems and processes to effectively manage and monitor learning activity

About You

We’d love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level accreditation OR demonstrable working experience at a similar level in Learning or a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Learning or closely associated discipline.
  • You are experienced in change management and delivering people and culture projects at scale. You will have exceptional skills in learning and development, talent management or other people and culture discipline, at management level.
  • You are committed to people development and transforming the learning culture.
