Overview:
The Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator will support the Talent Development team with Workday Learning. This role is primarily responsible for maintaining and ensuring effective management of the LMS, including but not limited to testing and posting new content, troubleshooting administrative and user technical issues, ensuring accurate user enrollment, assignments, and assessment scoring, documenting processes, and developing reports and queries for a variety of co-workers and partners. Additionally, monitoring and reporting on annual training compliance and other such initiatives providing periodic updates to each operation to ensure completion are required. Applies strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making with strong communication, service-orientation, and interpersonal skills to increase organizational capability and effectiveness. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and service expectations.
Qualifications:

Education:
- Associate or Bachelor required; or commensurate experience in lieu of the degree in addition to the required experience

Experience:
- 3 to 5 years LMS System Administration

Experience working with Workday required - preferably with Workday Learning

Reporting and analysis experience required

strong Excel skills

Must be comfortable working as part of a team and independently

Experience with SharePoint preferred
