As a Leasing Hub Associate, you help create energy and excitement around Cortland’s communities for future residents. You uncover their needs and match those needs with the perfect apartment home.
Roles You Will Play:
The Brand Representative
Market Cortland to future residents getting them excited to learn more about our communities, culture, vision, and value proposition.-
Advise prospective tenants of the features, benefits, pricing, and amenities of each individual community as a result of your in-depth market and community knowledge

Continually grow your skill set and understanding of Cortland thru participation in customized training and site visits
The Communicator
Nurture new leads from RealPage for the onsite leasing teams by receiving incoming calls, emails and text messages-
Leverage your outbound sales skills nurture an average of 30 leads per day and generate new appointments at all of our communities

Foster an ongoing positive relationship with residents, onsite leasing teams and peers
The Impact You Can Make
- Your onsite leasing teams are absolute rock stars because you’ve learned what’s important to future residents before they ever visit the community.

Occupancy is at an all-time high thanks to your ability to generate leads and book tours.

Residents are so overjoyed with the community you told them about, they might just become lifers.
Building Blocks of Success:
- Stellar 2+ years of customer service experience – preferably in sales experience

Demonstrated English or bilingual fluency
-
Excellent presentation, written, and verbal skills

Strong computer and typing skills
- Proficient in OneSite software; L2L preferred
