Your expertise in payroll management, and compliance will be essential in ensuring accurate and efficient HR and payroll operations. This position requires strong analytical abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills. This position works with and reports to the General Manager under one of our partner brands.Key Responsibilities• HRIS Management• Administer and maintain our UKG Pro HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security• Ensure earnings codes, deduction codes, WC codes, and all other critical fields are set up accurately to comply with state and federal tax regulations• Oversee employee data management, including new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, and other changes• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HRIS enhancements, upgrades, and partner integrations• Train partner HR/payroll contacts on the HRIS and best practices• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, analyzing HR metrics and providing insights for decision-makingPayroll Administration• Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, including salary adjustments, bonuses, commissions, and deductions• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax requirements• Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee payroll-related inquiries• Collaborate with Finance to reconcile payroll accounts and provide necessary documentation for auditsBenefits Administration• Assist the Benefits Administrator in the administration of employee benefits programs within the HRIS, including enrollments, changes, and terminations• Collaborate with the Benefits Administrator to ensure accurate and timely reporting and compliance.• Compliance and Reporting:• Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices• Prepare and submit required reports, such as EEO-1 and other compliance-related filings• Ensure data privacy and confidentiality in HR and payroll operationsProcess Improvement• Identify areas for process improvement within HRIS and payroll functions and recommend solutions• Streamline HR and payroll processes to increase efficiency and accuracy• Participate in system testing, implementation, and training for new HRIS and payroll initiatives• Other duties as assignedKey Qualifications• Proven experience in HRIS administration and payroll management (preferably UKG Pro)• Strong knowledge of HR and payroll laws (multi-state), regulations, and compliance requirements• Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll software, and MS Office Suite• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredWhy You'll Want to Work Here• Core values that we live every day – not just words on a page : We Win Together, Today Not Tomorrow, Performance Not Politics• Performance Pay directly tied to results – Get what you deserve• Benefits you will use – Full medical, dental, and vision packages including fully employer paid options• Secure your financial future – 401(k) with company match• Speed and scale – Work with a company that operates at the speed of a start up with the investment backing of institutional investors• We invest in your future – leadership training that directly results into bigger career opportunities• Learn on the job – continuous education stipends availableLegacy Service Partners is an equal opportunity employer, considering all applicants for employment regardless of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, pregnancy, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, age, marital status, physical disability, sexual orientation, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by state of federal law.PI243669456
