DescriptionThe LInC Business Area at Leidos currently has an opening for a Project Manager Engineering Lab Lead to support our AFRL customer programs at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Beavercreek, OH. In this position the candidate will oversee a team of diverse engineers supporting advanced research and development activities across a variety of new and emerging technologies and mission use cases for on base and off base lab spaces.Primary Responsibilities:This position will require close coordination with Project Leadership with proactive engagement amongst various stakeholders and team leads both internal an external to LInC in modeling and simulation, hardware development, test and validation teams, procurement, property management, and other teams as required to ensure an effective communication and execution interfaces is established and maintained.Technical oversight of lab operations, design and upgrades, and review of project integration plans to ensure efficient test support infrastructure in place and operational for test and validation activities.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience, combined with 4+ years of related experience or Master's with less than 2 years of experience.Electronics troubleshooting experience for analog and digital components.Experience in designing lab tests.Experience performing data collection, data analysis, and generating reports for succinct outcome review.Experience with DoD-Based Systems Integration Lab development and operations to include security accreditation processes.Work on-site at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH or designated facilities within the Greater Dayton, OH metro area.Active Secret clearance is required.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of Air Force Weapons and ISR systems and operations for airborne platforms with sensors, avionics, communication systems, and and processing systems operating in military conflict zones.Knowledge or experience in lab design and development including initial lab build outs.Voice of the Customer representative to LiNC Leadership with excellent interpersonal and team communication skillsExperience supervising and mentoring a small team of engineers.Prior experience mentoring junior level team members.LINCElectronic WarfareOriginal Posting Date:2024-08-21While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.Pay Range:Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
