Job description
As a Growth Marketer, you will work closely with our SEO Lead, focusing heavily on improvements you can make to the acquisition, onboarding, and retention of users.
You will impact metrics across the AARRR funnel - from awareness to retention.
You'll help to execute strategies, organize delivery, and ensure things are shipped.
Your scope of work includes:
SEO Processes: Create/Update, document, and optimize SEO processes using tools like Airtable, Notion, and Mind Maps.
Automation & Synchronization: Build and maintain automation workflows using tools like n8n, Automa, and Zennoposter.
Outreach & Backlinks: Help the outreach strategies to increase backlink profiles and organic search visibility, guest posting, and link exchanges.
Content & Freelancer Follow-up: Oversee and follow up with freelancers for content creation, translations, and development (no-code & CMS).
Mini-Tool Development: Collaborate to develop and test free tools and track progress with Lucas and the SEO team.
CRO: Collaborate, with external freelancers and internally, to conduct A/B tests, optimizing conversion rates across various content and marketing channels.
CMS Migration: Assist in coordinating and testing with developers for website migration, new features, apps, and plugins (currently using WordPress)
Implementation Preco: through our platform (Webflow and WordPress) integrate preconizations
Reporting: Help the team compile and present data-driven results weekly.
Key Results - within 3 months you'll have
Fully documented and optimized at least 3 key SEO processes in Airtable, Notion, and Mind Maps.
Launched 2 updates of our automation workflow Content generator and translator
Our list of content in Airtable is synchronized with external API (keyword volume, holistic, …).
Completed outreach efforts for at least 30 guest posts or link exchanges, with follow-ups in progress.
Coordinated the delivery and review of content from freelancers, ensuring at least 30 pieces of content were published.
Assisted in the development and testing of all Taplio and Tweet Hunter’s mini-tools alongside the SEO team.
Collaborated with developers to complete initial testing for CMS migration of lemlist and Tweet Hunter and new plugins.
Delivered weekly SEO reports that summarize completed tasks, progress updates, and next steps for ongoing projects.
Drive a +20% increase in non-branded organic user acquisition through viral loops.
Key Results - within 12 months you'll have
Fully tested and documented the Checklist for content writer.
Launched 2 updates of our automation workflow Content generator and translator
Drive a +100% increase in non-branded organic user acquisition through viral loops.
Improve website conversion rate by 15% (Visit > Signup).
Preferred Experience
2 years of experience in Growth Marketing/ Digital Marketing in an ambitious or fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of SEO (technical, content, and authority).
A strong bias for action, a ‘doer’ mentality #getshitdone mindset.
Experience in content creation (in English and/or other languages).
Interest in learning and applying AI-driven tools and practices, or existing hands-on experience. with AI tools (e.g., for content generation, automation, or data analysis).
Demonstrated ability to execute a plan with high levels of autonomy.
Innate problem-solving abilities, proactivity, and a results-driven approach.
A track record of delivering outstanding results.
Experience in B2B SaaS in a PLG or Self-Service environment is a strong plus.
Basic programming languages: HTML, CSS, JS, SQL required
Familiar with CMS such as WordPress, Webflow…
Fluent English.
