Senior Product Manager- Data Squad

About us

At lempire, we're a passionate team on a mission to help individuals and businesses grow.

As a B2B SaaS company, valued at $150 million, we offer a range of successful products:

  • lemlist: personalize your outreach and book more meetings

  • lemwarm: stay out of spam folders

  • lemcal: personalized scheduling

  • Taplio & Tweet Hunter: grow your personal brand on LinkedIn & X

We’re profitable, bootstrapped, and already making $28M+ in revenue.

Our mantra: Keep growing.

The mission

You'll lead a strategic initiative for lemlist to build the world's highest-quality prospecting database, including:

  • Firmographics: comprehensive data points on companies and people worldwide

  • Intent data on companies and people

  • Professional emails and phone numbers

You'll head a squad of 4-6 people with an annual budget of $2M+ to deliver top-tier quality.

Beyond managing this budget, you'll need to think strategically about generating revenue from this data to fuel further investments. You'll oversee the entire process—from selecting initial data sets to distributing them through our products—while expanding across different regions and industries.

What you'll do

As Senior PM - Data Squad, you will:

  • Lead the strategy and execution of our most ambitious data project

  • Own end-to-end product thinking: vision, roadmap, discovery, execution, and GTM

  • Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, developers, and designers

  • Build relationships with data partners, evaluate data quality through continuous testing, and negotiate contracts

  • Leverage existing lemlist data and develop innovative ways to enhance/maximize its quality

  • Maintain speed and focus: Build → Learn → Iterate. Fast.

What we’re looking for

You are hands-on, strategic, and laser-focused on outcomes.

You understand the power of great data and the urgency of fast iteration.

You're not just here to optimize—you build from zero.

You’ve:

  • Shipped data-related products in fast-paced environments

  • Built SaaS tools from scratch (vs. just managing scale)

  • Worked closely with data engineers or analysts

  • Operated in sales-tech or B2B SaaS

  • Had full ownership of a product’s lifecycle

  • You’re based in Europe

Bonus:

  • You understand the GTM + product + tech trifecta

  • You’ve explored intent-based signals, enrichment, or lead-gen tools

What’s in it for you

  • The autonomy to build something big, fast, and your way

  • The impact of leading a $2–3M/year project with full leadership support

  • The chance to redefine the future of Sales data

  • A role where execution speed is celebrated, not slowed by process

Plus all the perks of working at lempire:

  • Competitive compensation

  • Remote-first + Paris office if you want

  • Profit-sharing when lempire wins

  • Top-tier healthcare (Alan Blue)

  • Swile Meal Tickets & Navigo

  • Annual team retreats

  • Home office budget & top gear

Recruitment process

  • Call with Victoire Talent Acquisition

  • Interview with Kevin, VP Product & Design

  • Async business case + Q&A with CPO (Mael)

  • Interview with Charles, CEO

  • Coffee with another Product Manager to ask your questions

  • Reference checks

  • Offer
