Lending Call Center Represetative

Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday – Friday w/some Saturdays

Pay: $17.50/hr. + incentives

Hiring Bonus: If your start date is during the month of June 2023 you will receive a bonus of $500.00 after 3 months and an additional $500.00 after 6 months with the Credit Union.

The experience you need to succeed:

• At least 1 year in loan processing and product cross sell experience
• A High School diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
• Experience in a call center environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Spanish speaker is a must.

What you’ll do:

• Will effectively recognize and maximize lending and sales opportunities with members who apply for credit via phone or internet.
• Achieve goals based on product cross sell, ancillary insurance cross sell and penetration, accuracy, volume, and member satisfaction.
• Perform basic and advanced Financial Service Rep duties, including, but not limited to cross selling of all products, processing consumer loan apps, determine value of pledge collateral, reviewing Credit Bureau information to determine loan rescues and total and unsecured debt ratios.
• Interviews member and provide loan solutions.
• Acquires necessary documentation to support loan application.
• All other duties as assigned.
