To find out more visitwww.lenovo.com, and read about the latest news via ourStoryHub.The Americas SMB ecommerce team in Lenovo is responsible for the financial performance (PL) and is charged with developing and building the short and long-term strategy to drive the Americas SMB ecommerce business to new pinnacles of success. The SMB segment is Lenovo ecommerce’s largest and most profitable segment. This is a high-performance team recognized at the highest levels in Lenovo. Americas SMB Ecommerce team owns the PL, ideates new business ideas, and creates the strategic and executional go to market plans to bring them to market. The initiatives can range from adding tools to improve sales enablement, adding new products and services, improvements to the user experience, leading the transformation of our tele sales enablement strategy, partnerships and/or add new benefits for our customers to further accelerate our growth and vision. These are high visibility roles which interface across the large Americas ecommerce teams. We are given the freedom to think differently and then bring these to realities.Position Responsibilities• Managing day to day execution of NA SMB e-commerce business performance initiatives for revenue and profit• Run a full business management process to monitor performance and progress with key stakeholders on a regular cadence across regions and ensure cross coordinate and alignment on key strategies.• Analyze business metrics and performance and extract key insights on a weekly basis to inform overall SMB strategy.• Help lead and drive key SMB segment strategic initiatives such as propensity modeling, standing up new vertical growth.• Focus on optimizing our public SMB route on Lenovo.com to better identify and route SMBs to our flagship small business storefront, Lenovo Pro• Conduct deep market and competitive analysis and identify new opportunities and trends within across 8 countries including Latin America and Brazil region to inform strategy and derive key initiatives.• Deliver strategy decks and execution plans to both executives and operational regional teams.• Map, monitor and champion the post sales purchase experience and resolve key cx issues.• Work with UX and Product teams to develop the new web pages, messaging, positioning, test bundles and define new optimization tests.• Define the IT roadmap for future improvements.Basic Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field• 10+ years of experience in business management, strategy, and/or marketingPreferred Requirements• B2B, SMB experience especially in tech industry is highly desired and preferred• Experience in tech industry is highly preferred• Ability to do financial modeling, business cases and executive ready presentations• Strong understanding and experience with business strategy, PL management, and marketing• Ability to manage through influence and lead project teams across different geographic regions• Strong organizational, project management, analytical and quantitative skills• Resourceful and self-motivated• Strong internal and external communication abilities, and interpersonal skills.• Willing to be flexible and adapt to changing requirements when needed• Strong collaborative experience in teaming with Sales to drive results• Thrives working in a fast-paced, global environmentThis position will sit in our Morrisville, NC office and work on a hybrid (3-2) schedule.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
