Client Success Account Executive (Employers)

LetsGetChecked is seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with Employer clients. Ideal candidate should excel in building client relationships, identifying program success metrics, and achieving expansion goals.

Skills

  • Exceptional program management skills
  • Effective discovery skills to uncover client needs and feedback
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic account oversight supporting consultative selling techniques
  • Experience with technical integration facilitation and methods

Responsibilities

  • Own client relationship from contract execution through lifetime with LGC
  • Build strong relationships within assigned clients and understand their business operations, objectives, and challenges
  • Achieve client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth goals
  • Develop and manage client business plans, benchmarks, and milestones
  • Drive growth through additional tests, services, and populations
  • Ensure client value and ROI through relationship management, business reviews, and reporting

Education

  • 5-7+ years of account management experience
  • Experience in the health tech sector, preferably in healthcare, clinical, wellness, or digital health industries
  • Startup environment experience
