Client Success Account Executive (Public Sector)
LetsGetChecked is a global healthcare solutions company seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with public sector clients.
Skills
- Strong account management experience within the health screening/lab and/or health tech vertical
- Knowledge of the US healthcare system, clinical and/or wellness solutions, and digital health
- Exceptional program management skills
- Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork skills
- Experience with Salesforce.com and technical integration facilitation
Responsibilities
- Own client relationship from contract execution through lifetime with LGC
- Build strong relationships within assigned clients and understand their business operations and challenges
- Achieve client satisfaction, retention and revenue growth goals
- Facilitate regular engagements with clients and partner with sales and implementation teams
- Drive growth through additional tests, services, and populations
- Develop and manage client business/account plans and monitor progress and effectiveness of tactics
