Client Success Account Executive (Public Sector)

LetsGetChecked is a global healthcare solutions company seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with public sector clients.

Skills

  • Strong account management experience within the health screening/lab and/or health tech vertical
  • Knowledge of the US healthcare system, clinical and/or wellness solutions, and digital health
  • Exceptional program management skills
  • Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork skills
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and technical integration facilitation

Responsibilities

  • Own client relationship from contract execution through lifetime with LGC
  • Build strong relationships within assigned clients and understand their business operations and challenges
  • Achieve client satisfaction, retention and revenue growth goals
  • Facilitate regular engagements with clients and partner with sales and implementation teams
  • Drive growth through additional tests, services, and populations
  • Develop and manage client business/account plans and monitor progress and effectiveness of tactics
