Client Success Account Executive (Public Sector)

LetsGetChecked is a global healthcare solutions company seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with public sector clients.

Skills

Strong account management experience within the health screening/lab and/or health tech vertical
Knowledge of the US healthcare system, clinical and/or wellness solutions, and digital health
Exceptional program management skills
Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork skills
Experience with Salesforce.com and technical integration facilitation

Responsibilities

Own client relationship from contract execution through lifetime with LGC
Build strong relationships within assigned clients and understand their business operations and challenges
Achieve client satisfaction, retention and revenue growth goals
Facilitate regular engagements with clients and partner with sales and implementation teams
Drive growth through additional tests, services, and populations
Develop and manage client business/account plans and monitor progress and effectiveness of tactics
