Enterprise Project Manager

As the Enterprise Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success by overseeing the entire OKR life cycle.  You will be responsible for creating, planning, executing, and reporting on OKRs across various teams and departments. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in project management, a deep understanding of OKR methodology, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • OKR Development: Collaborate with leadership and department heads to define and create clear, measurable, and achievable Objectives and Key Results aligned with the company's strategic goals.
  • Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans for OKR implementation, ensuring that timelines, resources, and dependencies are effectively managed. Drive the execution of OKRs across the organization, providing guidance and support to teams as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration among different departments, ensuring that OKRs are well-integrated into existing workflows and contribute to overall company success.
  • Performance Monitoring: Implement robust tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor progress against OKRs. Regularly report on key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends related to OKR methodologies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the OKR process within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus in enterprise settings.
  • Strong understanding of OKR methodology and its application in driving organizational success.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certification is a plus.
