Level is a fintech company revolutionizing benefits and payments. They are looking for a Support Agent to assist with transaction processing, member inquiries, and process improvement.

Experience using internal knowledge bases and customer service CRM tools like Zendesk/Salesforce

Responsibilities

Assist with transaction review, categorization, and other related tasks.
Engage with members and providers to address and resolve inquiries via phone, messaging, and email.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and advocate for members and providers.
Continuously develop and refine processes and resources.
Participate in projects with other teams to roll out new plans and products.
