Responsibilities
- Assist with transaction review, categorization, and other related tasks.
- Engage with members and providers to address and resolve inquiries via phone, messaging, and email.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and advocate for members and providers.
- Continuously develop and refine processes and resources.
- Participate in projects with other teams to roll out new plans and products.
