Platform Support Specialist

LevelTen Energy is seeking a motivated Platform Support Specialist to enhance customer support for their renewable energy transaction platform, collaborating with Engineering and Product teams.

Responsibilities

Manage external service desk and ticketing system
Triage, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams
Credential and register new users
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base
Create user guides and FAQs
Assemble support metrics reports
Analyze support data for improvements
Gather feedback from customer interactions
Prioritize feature requests with Product Managers

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
