Labor Compliance AdministratorWe are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Labor Compliance Administrator to ensure our organization adheres to all applicable labor laws and regulations, with a focus on prevailing wage compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience with labor compliance reporting, including LCP Tracker, DAS 140, DIR reporting, and managing prevailing wage requirements for public works projects. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.Key Responsibilities:• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, particularly prevailing wage regulations for public works projects.• Manage labor compliance using LCP Tracker, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of certified payroll and workforce data.• Prepare and submit DAS 140 forms to notify unions of upcoming projects, as required by public works regulations.• Handle DIR reporting for public works projects, submitting accurate labor compliance reports to the Department of Industrial Relations.• Monitor compliance with prevailing wage laws, ensuring all contractors and subcontractors are paid correctly according to established wage determinations.• Conduct regular audits of payroll records and certified payroll reports to verify prevailing wage compliance.• Investigate and resolve any labor compliance issues, including wage discrepancies or complaints related to prevailing wage violations.• Collaborate with HR, legal, and project teams to implement labor policies and ensure adherence to labor agreements.• Provide training and support to management, staff, and contractors on labor compliance and prevailing wage matters.• Serve as the primary contact for labor-related audits and inspections, including prevailing wage enforcement actions and responding to inquiries from regulatory agencies.Qualifications:• 3+ years of experience in labor compliance, with a strong focus on prevailing wage compliance and public works projects.• Experience with LCP Tracker, DAS 140, DIR reporting, and certified payroll processes is required.• In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws, including prevailing wage regulations and wage determination processes.• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.• Proficiency with HRIS, compliance management software, and reporting tools.
