Role Description
This is a contract on-site role for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, providing executive support, and handling administrative assistance tasks. The role is located in Little Ferry, NJ.
Qualifications
• Excellent executive administrative assistance, executive support, and administrative assistance skills
• Experience in managing expense reports
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working with senior-level executives
• Associate's degree in business administration or related field
