LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a client in the construction industry that is looking to bring on a Payroll Coordinator on a Direct Hire basis. Our client is in the construction industry and 100% onsite. The person taking on this role would ideally have some payroll experience (union payroll) and be willing to learn the accounts payable side. Below are the duties for the role:Responsibilities:• Process bi-weekly payroll for union employees• Make updates to the monthly headcount report• Process weekly accounts payable invoices (250 to 300 invoices per week)• Full cycle accounts payable (working with Purchas Orders)• New Vendor management• Data entryQualifications:• Associates degree is desired or equivalent experience• 1-2 years of payroll experience is a plus• Prior union payroll experience desired• 1-2 years experience with accounts payable is a plus• Prior experience with Sage or any other ERP is desired• Intermediate excel skills are required (pivot tables and v-look ups)Our client provide paid vacation and an excellent benefits package (medical, dental and vision), along with a 401K.
