As the Plant Controller, you will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy and operational success of our facility, developing a long term plan to achieve continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.• Oversee product costing and implement cost-saving strategies.• Partner with operations to optimize processes and reduce waste.• Prepare financial reports and ensure regulatory compliance.• Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate valuation.• Establish and enforce financial controls.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals.• Lead and mentor the finance team.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA/MBA preferred.• 5-7 years of finance experience in manufacturing.• Strong knowledge of cost accounting and ERP systems.• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.• Must have a title of plant, site, or divisional controller, this is a individual contributor role, may have the opportunity to grow.
