Liaison Officer Support

Do you have experience in building partnerships with other parties?


Do you have experience in event organising, such as preparing the event, timekeeping in an event, operating various digital for the conference, mc-ing, distributing invitations and coordinating with partners, contacting external speakers?


Do you have experience in administrative tasks, such as registration for an event, attendance list, and letter of agreement with third parties?

The Role:


Oxfam in Indonesia is looking for liaison officer (daily staff) who will support Program Development and Partnership Manager in managing a series of partnership-related activities with government and national/local partners.


Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree with preference from social Humaniores
  • Experience in building partnerships with other parties
  • Demonstrate sensitivity to cultural differences and gender issues
  • Experience in event organizing, such as preparing the event, timekeeping in an event, operating various digital for the conference, mc-ing, distributing invitations and coordinating with partners, contacting external speakers
  • Familiar with administrative tasks, such as registration for an event, attendance list, and letter of agreement with third parties
  • Familiar with the work of NGOs or International Organizations
  • Preferable domicile in Jabodetabek.

The salary will be on a daily basis in IDR paid every month.
